you know the feeling when you hear your alarm in the morning and after hitting snooze a few times you realize it's
REALLY time to get up. you roll over, turn the alarm off and take your first deep breath of the day. then lay there for a minute, stretch, relax a little and then get up to tackle your day. i feel like i've been able to breath deeply and relax and just BE. i wish more moments like this for everyone!
